My bedspread is gold and my curtains are cream, what colour should I paint the walls?

I know its a bit of a backtofront way of doing things, but I already had my bedspread and just bought new curtains to go with that. walls are the next thing - they are currentlt light blue.

I would try something like brown. I like honeycomb or fairmont gold.
