What is a good Doona/Quilt material?
ok, winter is here and i just got a Doona, it's cotton cover and Polyester filling. which is very light but not warm enough. but price is cheap.
friends tell me to buy 100% egyptian cotton. but now... im very confused of the materials.
far as i know Polyester is the 'cheap' entry level doonas, not warm and very light. but what about other materials like wool, can some1 explain to me of each material and which is BEST? which more confortable, and the price.. because i just can't find any thing on internet
what i want to know is... let's say all doonas has cotton cover,
how is it different between polyester, wool, duck feather and stuff... >_<
what about silk? ? ? ?
This really is in the wrong section. However, I prefer 100% cotton and a high Thread Count at least 450, 600 is real luxury though.
