For people in cold climates, What do you have on your bed to keep you warm at night?

Where i live in Australia it doesn't get that cold in Winter so just a Doona (quilt) is all i need, some others use an Electric blanket but i don't find it necessary.

I have a big fluffy compfy quilt and like 5 pillows,ooo my bed is so warm,on top of that it has like 5 other blankets. To top it all off my two great danes sitting by my side.
