Can anyone tell me about the O2 King Tut exhibition?Or the British Museum exhibition over 20 years ago?
I got an exclusive view alone in the Cairo (I'd never go back to Egypt, not unless I could be assured that things would be OK)Museum and saw the Sarcophagus and Coffin and the Famous and Beautiful Gold and (Made of Pure Gold) Blue(Made of some Marvellous and Beautiful semi-precious stone like Lapiz)Tut was obviously stunningly wealthy from a society obsessed with Death.I was laid up in bed in Aswan so I read all I could about Egyptian Archaeology.Nowadays I want to embrace Archaeology because of the help that gives me.
Here's a site, with FAQs, about the 02 Exhibition. The beautiful death mask is not included as it's not allowed to leave Egypt, but there are artefacts that have not been seen here before.

From pictures I've seen, it looks wonderful, and I'll definitely be going. (As well as the Terracotta Warriors from China at the British Museum.)
I did recently see the great statue of Anubis in Trafalgar Square, which stood there for a few days to herald the exhibition and give it the god's protection.
