What color matches dark green best?

I got a dark green down comforter for Christmas and I'm going to buy new sheets and Pillow Cases today. I don't know what color to get. I don't want white any more, I want to do something different. I was thinking black but what other ideas does anyone else have?

Tan or cream.

I've noticed that the darker the sheets, the rougher the material. I don't know if it is just in my mind - but any time I get dark sheets they're never as soft as my white ones.
